Our Full City roast is derived from organic, hand picked Sumatra Mandheling coffee beans. Beans from this Indonesian island are known for their smooth, complex, and chocolatey tastes. 

The Lite Roast option,  also organic and hand picked, are Haitian Ranquitte beans. Sourced from the Ranquitte region of the Caribbean island of Haiti, these beans are described as smooth, rich, with low acid and medium bodied.
